4. Deposits

5. Withdrawals

5853bet processes Pix withdrawals in up to 5 minutes for verified accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. The withdrawal conditions are:

• The Pix key used for withdrawals must be linked to the account holder's CPF;

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 5853bet are subject to the following general rules:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific bet;
• Bets are accepted provided there are sufficient funds in the account at the time of confirmation;
• Bets placed after an event has started (excluding live bets) are void and the stake is refunded;
• 5853bet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on specific events or for specific users, for risk management reasons;
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error may be voided, with the staked amount refunded;
• If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded in full;
• If an event is postponed by more than 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes are returned.

Live Betting

In live betting, odds are updated in real time. There is a natural latency gap between the actual event and the odds refresh on the platform. 5853bet reserves the right to void live bets accepted during this latency window if the outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time of acceptance. This is a standard protection measure against latency exploitation, not a discretionary platform practice.

Parlay Bets

Parlay bets (accumulators) combine two or more events. If one event is voided due to cancellation or postponement, that selection is removed from the slip and the remaining selections stay valid with a recalculated odd. The minimum number of selections required for a parlay to remain valid is two; if only one event remains after voids, the bet is settled as a single at the odds of the remaining event.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

5853bet offers a variety of promotions throughout the year — welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, reload bonuses, and tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all:
